Our team managed the changes in the Estonian Emergency Response Board which resulted in receiving EENA award in 2016 for outstanding change management initiative.

Actively participated in Estonian Emergency Response Board, being engaged with its founding in 1998, until 2017 when working as Director General.
Twice recognized by the President of Estonia and received a national award for his contribution to increasing internal security of Estonia.
Former deputy of Director General of Emergency Response Board.
The main fields were finance, administration and development.
Led several processes:
- TETRA radio Network implementation,
- GIS solutions and integration with CAD,
- Medical algorithm development
Recognized by the President of Estonia and received a national award for the services provided to the state and people of Estonia.
